End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of the apps offered by reell, including reell Focus (each an "App"). By downloading or using an App, you agree to this Agreement.

License

reell grants you a limited, personal license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not transfer or sublicense it.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the App, and you may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code, except where the law allows.

Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. reell and its licensors keep all rights, title and interest in the App, including all intellectual property. This Agreement grants you no rights to reell trademarks.

Purchases and trial

Some Apps offer a free trial followed by a single one time purchase, handled by Apple through the App Store. Payments, refunds and billing are subject to Apple's terms.

Your data

Your entries stay on your device. How each App handles data is described in its privacy policy.

Health

The Apps support focus, breaks and breathing, but they are not medical products and do not replace professional medical advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Exercises and guide values are general pointers only. If you have health concerns or questions, consult a qualified professional, and stop any exercise that does not feel good.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law permits. reell does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law permits, reell is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Apple

This Agreement is between you and reell only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it.

Changes

reell may update this Agreement. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Agreement.

Termination

This license applies until it is terminated. It ends automatically if you breach this Agreement. You can end it at any time by deleting the App from your devices. After termination you may no longer use the App; the sections on ownership, warranty and liability survive.

Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law rules.
